Subscription Policy

Curivea – Subscription (MRR) Terms & Conditions

  1. Scope
    These terms apply to all subscriptions and recurring orders (“Subscriptions”) placed through the Curivea website.
  2. Subscription Discount
    Customers who choose a subscription receive 20% off their first order. This discount is granted in exchange for participation in the subscription program.
  3. Minimum Commitment (First Month)
    By accepting the 20% discount on the first order, the customer agrees to a minimum commitment of one billing cycle (first month).

The subscription cannot be canceled before the first order has been processed and delivered.

  1. Automatic Renewal
    After the first delivery, the subscription automatically renews according to the selected delivery frequency (e.g. monthly), unless canceled by the customer.
  2. Cancellation of Subscription
    After the first billing cycle, the subscription can be canceled at any time.

Customers may cancel their subscription in the following ways:

• Through their personal account on the Curivea website
• By email at: info@curivea.com

If an order has already been processed or shipped at the time of cancellation, it will still be delivered and charged.

  1. Managing the Subscription
    Through their personal account, customers can:

• Pause the subscription
• Change the next delivery date
• Modify products in the subscription
• Cancel the subscription

  1. Payments
    Each subscription order is automatically charged using the payment method selected when the subscription was created.
  2. Price Changes
    Curivea reserves the right to adjust product prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance and apply only to future subscription deliveries.
  3. Abuse of the Subscription Program
    Curivea reserves the right to cancel subscriptions or reject orders in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or attempts to circumvent the subscription terms.
