We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. Please contact us at info@curivea.com before sending an item back so we can provide the exchange instructions.
For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
