By purchasing a subscription product from Curivea, you agree to receive a delivery every month. Your chosen payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each recurring order unless the subscription is canceled in accordance with this policy.
The subscription discount applies to every delivery: 20% off the Tallow Balm, Face Serum, Hair & Scalp Serum and Micro-Infusion Hair Kit, and 15% off the Face Mask.
Every subscription has a minimum of two orders. You can cancel your subscription once your second subscription order has been processed. Cancellation requests submitted before the second order has been processed may not be approved.
After your second subscription order has been processed, you can cancel at any time via the subscription management link in your order confirmation emails, through your account, or by contacting us at info@curivea.com. If an order has already been processed or shipped at the time of cancellation, it will still be delivered and charged.
If a payment cannot be processed, we may pause or cancel the subscription until a valid payment method is provided. Price changes will be communicated in advance and apply only to future subscription deliveries.
