Subscription Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Curivea, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription frequency selected at checkout.

Your chosen payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each recurring order unless the subscription is canceled in accordance with this policy.

To maintain the integrity of our subscription discounts and prevent misuse, subscriptions may only be canceled after the second successful subscription order has been processed.

Cancellation requests submitted before the second order has been processed may not be approved.

After the second order, you may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management link included in your order confirmation emails or by contacting our support team at:

If a payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to pause or cancel the subscription until a valid payment method is provided.

Curivea reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate subscription programs or subscription discounts at any time without prior notice.
